Balance

Are you favouring one leg without knowing it? Asymmetries above 10–15% are linked to elevated injury risk — and you can't feel them.

Explosive Power

How much force can each leg produce in a jump? This predicts your sled push capacity and whether one leg is doing more work than the other.

Total-Body Strength

Can you produce enough force to move the race-weight sled? We measure your peak strength and compare it to your jump power to check if you're strong enough — or just explosive.

Calf Strength

The #1 limiter in HYROX. Your calves absorb 8 km of running between heavy stations. We measure each leg against the benchmark that separates safe runners from injury-prone ones.

Grip Strength

Can you hold the farmer's carry dumbbells for the full 200 m? We test each hand against a 1.0× bodyweight threshold.

Posture

Pelvic tilt, lateral shift, and kyphosis — the hidden causes of lower back pain during loaded carries and sandbag lunges.

Whole-Body Mobility

Can you squat deep enough for 100 wall balls without your knees caving in? A 3D camera screens your ankle, hip, and thoracic mobility in one movement.

Ankle Mobility

If your ankles can't dorsiflex past 35°, your knees compensate on every lunge and every run. We measure left versus right to the degree.

Movement Quality

Your lunge under a 3D camera — we check for knee valgus, trunk lean, and hip drop. The same compensations that cause knee injuries at Station 8.
